What You'll Do as an Marketing & Outreach Manager:

  • Supports the Core Purpose, Core Commitments, and Core Service Principles of the Agency and dedication to Quality Management & Continuous Improvement processes into daily operations; spearheads the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes to achieve and surpass business goals and objectives.
  • Assist with the creation and production of high quality, compelling agency and outreach marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Supervise and direct Foster Parent Outreach Coordinators to ensure the program needs are met.
  • Manage website content tied to search engine optimization. Lead research and growth potential for web traffic. Utilize the Marketing Designer to ensure all updates are completed.
  • Understand and utilize Google Analytics (GA).
  • Assist with content and design of printed and digital marketing materials for the outreach program.
  • Strategize, coordinate and disseminate information on all achievements and accomplishments by the agency or its community members. Determine appropriate media platforms to share this information.
  • Implement approved social media plans across multiple platforms and market to key audiences.
  • Contribute to the creation of strong social media strategy to key audiences.

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or relevant field from a four-year college or university, and minimum three years relevant experience which may include social media, marketing, public relations, sales, human or social services or business. Internships and/or volunteer work will be considered. 
  • Visit investors in their homes and/or other off-site meetings and events.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills; must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence (Oregon or Washington), personal automobile liability insurance, and pass a DMV driving record check. 
  • Occasional travel is a priority for this position, requiring flexibility in work hours to include evenings and travel as needed to accomplish objectives and satisfy goals.
  • You must be able to wear appropriate COVID-19 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required to perform the job safely.
